DESCRIPTION: The Lihue Plantation Building is located behind Bank of Hawaii, the US Post Office and First Hawaiian Bank. It is also located 1 1/2 blocks from the County of Kauai and from the State of Hawaii building. There are five restaurants within four blocks and is three blocks from the Kauai Economic Development office. The building features common bathrooms on each floor which are cleaned nightly. Not having to pay lease rent for a private bathroom saves the typical tenant about $200 a month in lease rent, janitorial cost, electricity and CAM charges.
